PRAYER :- To pass an order of Extension of Time, to grant a further time of 2 weeks for executing sureties as per the order dated 18/06/2019 made in Crl. M.P. 5238/2019 in Crl. O.P. (MD) No. 6938 of 2019 on the file of this Honble High Court . ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court Crl.OP(MD)No.6938/2019 dated 15.05.2019, for producing the 1/3
sureties and for executing the bail bond.
2. This Court on 26.07.2019 has passed the following order: "This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.5238 of 2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6938 of 2019 on 15.05.2019. This is the second application for extension of time ,hence this Court is of the view that the petitioners are be directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five hundred only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund for entertaining this petition .
2. Hence the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund on or before 29.07.2019.
3. Post the case before this Court on 30.07.2019".

As per the order passed by this Court on 26.07.2019, the petitioners have paid a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five hundred only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund and they have also filed a memo to that effect, hence this petition is entertained. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the time granted by this Court in Crl. M.P. 5238/2019 in Crl. O.P. (MD) No. 6938 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019 for surrendering before the concerned Magistrate and executing bail bond is further extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
