The Second Appeal is directed against the judgment and decree, dated 29.10.2020 passed in A.S.No.8 of 2020 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Mudukulathur, partly reversing the decree and judgment, dated 04.03.2015 in O.S.No.53 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Permission is granted. In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions is closed.
