Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to evaluate the Answer Scripts and publish the results of the candidates, who appeared before the University examinations for the academic year 2015-2016 on 17.05.2015, through distance education under the regulation of the petitioner's study centre in the name and style of 'Global Academy for Management' within the time period fixed by this Court.
