ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to award the petitioner 'Super Grade Pay' in the cadre of the Secondary Grade Teacher treating the petitioner as having completed 30 years of service and grant increment for the completed years of service from 01.07.2023 to 31.05.2024 and fix the retirement benefits by following the pay Revision effected.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 produced a copy of the order dated 11.12.2024 passed by the District Educational Officer, Sivagangai, in Na.Ka.No.8475/A2/2024, wherein the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the rejection order dated 11.12.2024 passed by the District Educational Officer, Sivagangai, in Na.Ka.No. 8475/A2/2024. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
