ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that one Kanakaraj was murdered by some accused persons on 24.06.2022. Hence, his wife lodged a complaint and an FIR in Crime No.85 of 2022 has been registered for the offence under Section 302 IPC. The petitioner is also one of the suspected persons and he is now absconding. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to co-operate with the enquiry. 2/4

4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in Crime No.85 of 2022, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
