Common Prayer : These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned advertisement No.1/2017 dated 28.11.2017 passed by the second respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

The writ petitioners are working in the fourth respondent society. The petitioner in WP(MD)No. 23195 of 2017 is working as a Packer for more than 26 years. The petitioner in WP(MD)No.23213 of 2017 is working as a Salesman for more than 16 years. The writ petitioners have however not been regularized till date. In the meanwhile, the second respondent has issued the impugned recruitment notification proposing to fill up 6 posts of Packer and 90 posts of Salesman.

2.Considering the long length of service put in by the writ petitioners, it would be appropriate that the recruitment is confined to 89 posts of Salesman and 5 posts of Packer. Recruitment process can go on. It is open to the writ petitioners to workout their remedies in the manner known to law. 3.These writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
