The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to work out his remedy in the pending W.O.P.No.191 of 2016, on the file of the Wakf Tribunal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Giving liberty as above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
