ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by unnecessarily interfering in the civil dispute. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, with regard to the property in S.No.173/1 in Kilavipatti Village. Therefore, the third respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.173 of 2022, before the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti. Based on the third respondent's complaint, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence this petition has been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on a complaint received from the third respondent, an enquiry was conducted, for which, both the parties appeared. After enquiry, the respondent police found 2/4
the dispute is civil in nature and closed the complaint. As on date, there is no petition pending against the petitioner.
