ORDER
The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2020 and take appropriate legal action against the sixth respondent in accordance with law.

2.The petitioner submits that the sixth respondent represented the petitioner that he was having close acquaintance with the Higher Officials in Southern Railway and demanded Rs.5.50 lakhs for getting a job and the petitioner was swayed away by his words and compelled his parents to make payment to the sixth respondent. The said sum was raised by his parents by pledging some jewels and from provident fund loan and the same was paid to the sixth respondent at about 10.30 am on 23.10.2016. After some days, the sixth respondent handed over an appointment order, which is a fake one. The petitioner has cheated by the sixth respondent and went to the sixth respondent house and demanded the repayment of said amount. The sixth respondent also promised to repay the amount shortly but he failed to repay the amount. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 03.08.2020 to the respondents, but so far no action was taken. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.08.2020 will be considered by the respondent police within a period of two weeks.
5.Considering the submissions made on either side, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.08.2020, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the action taken to the petitioner.
6.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
