ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that in fact, there was a complaint given by the 5th respondent as against the petitioner in the year 2024. They have enquired the said complaint and closed the same. As on date, there is no complaint pending against the petitioner and they are not harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
