ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections465, 468, 471, 420 I.P.C. in Crime No.06 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused created a power of deed and executed to A2. Thereafter, A2 entered into a sale agreement with one Thangapandi and the same was cancelled. Then, A1 entered into a sale agreement with A3 dated 11.09.207 and that was also cancelled. Thereafter, A2, A3 and A4 had jointly executed the sale deed to A5. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is pending. 4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
