COMMON PRAYER: Contempt Petitions filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the contemnor/respondent for willful deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.23359 and 23338 of 2019 dated 06.11.2019 respectively. Prayer in WP(MD). 23359/ 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records of the impugned order of the 1st Respondent in O.Mu.No.2897/A2/2019 dated 01-07-2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to approve the sanction of yearly increment from 16-07-13 and refix the scale of pay as per the 7th pay commission and pay all monetary benefits within the time fixed by this Honourable Court. Prayer in WP(MD). 23338/ 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records of the impugned order of the 1st Respondent in O.Mu.No.6200/A2/2018 dated 08-01-2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to approve the sanction of yearly increment from 01-07-2018 by the 2nd Respondent and refix the scale of pay as per the 7th pay commission and pay all monetary benefits within the time fixed by this Honourable Court.

Hence, these Contempt Petitions stand closed.
