ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The second respondent is directed to conclude the petition mentioned enquiry (Na.Ka.No.1305/2020/A2, dated 13.08.2021) on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will to have to hear the fourth respondent before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
