PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8217 of 2018, dated 16.05.2018. 2.This petition is filed after expiry of time granted to surrender and execute sureties by this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner met with an accident, due to which, he sustained injuries, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Court. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and to execute the sureties before the concerned court is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the condition that the https://hcservices.
