PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.15724 of 2020 :- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records and entries relating to the registration of the Document No.520 of 2020 dated 17.02.2020 on the file of the 4th respondent and quash the same as void, illegal and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to delete the entries in their encumbrance books/register relating Doc.No.520 of 2020 registered in the office of the 4th respondent in so far as it relates to property in T.S.No.1443/1, Mettupatti, 5th Ward, Dindigul Town.
