ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2322 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21486 of 2024 dated 24.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2322 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21486 of 2024 dated 24.02.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
