This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on 1/4

the complaint made by the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that on the complaint given by the second respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 19.07.2022. The same is recorded.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
