O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the the respondents to survey the property in Survey No.699/8, Ukkidai Goundenpatti, Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation dated 14.09.2017 to survey the property in Survey No.699/8, Ukkidai Goundenpatti, Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District and the same is kept pending without passing any orders. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above stated prayer.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no rival claim is made or suit is pending with regard to the property in question.

5.Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
