This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to give police protection to survey the petitioner's land situated in Survey No. 4628/182 an extent of 1 acre 5 cents out of 3 acre 22 cents at Periyakulam Village, Periyakuma Taluk, Theni District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that because of the objection that has been made by the fourth respondent, the representation that was given by the petitioner is kept pending for consideration.

The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry by summoning the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent herein and he is further directed to dispose the above said representation within a week from the date of appearance of the parties. Depending upon the above said enquiry to be undertaken, further action may be taken either by the authorities or by the parties, if so aggrieved.

5. With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
