ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that now, case has been registered in Crime No.374 of 2022 for the offence under Section 427 of IPC against the petitioner. 3.In view of the above said registration of FIR, this petitioner has to work out his remedy before the concerned Court since the offence is bailable one.
