ORDER
The writ petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to issue passport to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 05.02.2025 in File No.MD2067453123725 before the first respondent.
2. It is submitted that a charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner before the Judicial Magistrate, Boodhapandi pursuant to FIR registered in Crime No.217 of 2023 on 02.09.2023 for the offence under Section 427, 447 of IPC.
3. Since the charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner and taken on file, it is open to the petitioner to move suitable application for appropriate relief before the concerned Court in accordance with the provisions of the Passports Act, 1967.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
