PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent, dated 27.06.2022 to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 3 and 4 to allow the petitioner to join the duty as Assistant Secretary in the fourth respondent Co-operative Credit Society which is vacant as of now. This writ petition has been filed challenging the cancellation of revocation order passed by the fourth respondent, dated 27.06.2022 and consequently directing the respondents 3 and 4 to allow the petitioner to join duty as Assistant Secretary in the fourth respondent Co-operative Credit Society.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted a copy of the proceedings issued by the Deputy Registrar, Tenkasi District vide e.f.3551/2022/rg addressed to the petitioner, wherein, it has been stated that as per the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.15517 of 2022, dated 18.07.2022, the 2/5

petitioner was permitted to join duty and he is working till date and further stated that the Administrators of the Revenue Primary Agricultural Co-operative Bank, Rettaikulam, Tenkasi District was also informed about the same. He further submitted a letter which was written by the petitioner to the President (in-charge) of the fourth respondent Co-operative Bank, wherein, it was stated that as per the order of this Court, dated 18.07.2022, the petitioner joined duty on 26.07.2022 in the fourth respondent Rettaikulam Primary Agricultural Cooperative Bank. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
