Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SRINIVASAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to their health condition, the petitioners https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8272 of 2022 are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.10663 of 2022 dated 16.06.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 16.06.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10663 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
