O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner by considering his Application dated 15.11.2017 in Can No.0332805043242.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased the lands in question by the registered sale deed dated 09.06.2017 and since then, he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same and in order to get patta in respect of the lands in question, he has given an application dated 15.11.2017 in Can No.0332805043242 to the respondent. As the same is pending till date without passing any orders, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that if reasonable time is granted to the respondents, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 5.In view of the said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 15.11.2017 in Can https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.0332805043242 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any of the interested parties. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
