This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.254 of 2018 within a stipulated time. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of three years, investigation is not completed and the final report is not filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No. 254 of 2018 is almost completed and prayed for three months time to file a final report.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 5.In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the compliance report must be submitted to the Registry thereafter. 6.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
