ORDER

Non consideration of the petitioner's claim for regularization of his service, when similarly placed persons were regularized, the petitioner has approached this Court in the present Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 29.07.2017 seeking regularization of his service by relying on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

G.O.Ms.No.58, dated 27.04.2000, passed by the first respondent as well as the other records in support of his claim, the respondents have not considered the same till date. Hence, this Writ Petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
