ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's Sugarcane juice business based on the interim injunction order passed by the learned District Munsif, Karur in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.S.No.219 of 2021, dated 11.11.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running a tea stall in the name and style of 'Uma Tea Stal' at Karur Bus stop and also running a Sugarcane juice business in the said locality with proper permission from the Municipality. While that being so, the fourth respondent and his politically influenced persons illegally put up a Sugarcane juice crushing machine and illegally parked two empty vegetable selling push cards chained with locks in front of the petitioner's Sugarcane juice centre and he attempted to obstruct the access to the Sugar-cane juice centre run by the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.219 of 2021 before the District Munsif of Karur, for permanent injunction against the fourth respondent and the learned District Munsif has granted an interim injunction in I.A.No.2 of 2021 restraining the fourth respondent from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property. about the said injunction order, the fourth respondent had created a problem and disturbed the petitioner's peaceful possession. Thereby, the petitioner made a complaint before the third respondent and the same was registered in C.S.R.No. 944 of 2021. Thereafter, the petitioner send a detailed representation to the first respondent seeking necessary police protection for conducting the petitioner business as per the interim injunction order dated 11.11.2021 and the same was not considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the above said prayer.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner's complaint was enquired and the same was closed on 21.06.2022. Hence, no further order is necessary in this petition. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
