ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the housing Plots in Plot Nos.128 and 129, measuring an extent of 4800 sq.ft, comprised in R.S.Nos394/2 and 394/6, in Melakottai Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, by considering his online application dated 23.05.2025 within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.D.Muthupandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the subject property under a registered sale deed dated 22.05.2025 and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the said property. He filed an application through online on 23.05.2025 seeking survey of the property purchased by him. However, the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has produced only the challan for the payment of the fee and he has not produced the acknowledgment for the online application.

5.In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for the online application before the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy the order. On such production of acknowledgment, the respondents shall consider the application submitted by the petitioner for survey of the property and pass final orders on its own merits, within a

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the acknowledgment, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of .
