O R D E R
The Contempt Petition has been filed complaining that the order of this Court in W.P.No.20838 of 1994 dated 14.06.1999 has not been complied with. The direction that has been issued by this Court in the said writ petition was that to direct the second respondent to refer the claim of the petitioner under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894, as that the claim of the petitioner would also be tried along with L.A.O.P.No.31 of 1991. It is seen that when the Land Acquisition Officer had forwarded the application of the petitioner under Section 18 to the reference Court, the reference Court instead of numbering it had also taken up the claim of the predecessor of the petitioner along with L.A.O.P.No.31 of 1991. The predecessor of the petitioner had taken note of the application to de-link his claim from L.A.O.P.No.31 of 1991, which was dismissed. Against which, he had preferred Civil Revision Petition before this Court in C.R.P.No.3376 of 2014 and this Court by an order dated 30.04.2022 had allowed the Civil Revision Petition.
2.The aforesaid events extracted supra would evidently conclude that the respondent herein had complied with the directions issued by this Court. Therefore, no contempt is made, accordingly the contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the concerned reference Court to redress their grievance pursuant to the order passed in C.R.P.No.3376 of 2001.
