The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to correct the date of birth in the petitioner's birth certificate bearing registration No.194/2001/1, by replacing the correct date of birth as 25.01.2001 instead of 22.01.2001 and re-issue fresh birth certificate by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2025. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.04.2025, and pass orders in accordance with law.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
