************ This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.12 of 2018.

2.The petitioner has been arrayed as A7 in the final report. On a reading of the final report and also the evidence of witnesses, it is seen that the involvement of the petitioner has been brought out by the respondent police.

3.At this stage, this Court does not find any material to entertain this petition to quash the P.R.C. The petitioner is entitled to raise all the grounds that have been raised in this petition before the Court below in order to substantiate his case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy West to
