It is stated that the Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus to forebear the first respondent from passing any order cancelling the registered settlement deed, dated 08.05.2009. 2.It is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the first respondent had already passed orders.
3.Recording the same, nothing further survives for adjudication. The Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is given the petitioner to question that particular order in appropriate manner in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
