Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.463 of 2021 has been filed to withdraw and transfer the H.M.O.P.No.31 of 2020 from the file of the Sub Court, Periyakulam to the file of the Sub Court, Palani and try H.M.O.P.No.254 of 2019.

2.The parties are referred to as per the rank mentioned before the Court below.

3.Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, both the parties and their respective counsels were present. A Joint compromise memo was filed in all the cases. The parties and their respective counsels were signed. The terms of the Joint compromise memo is accepted and the same is recorded.

4.In view of the said Joint compromise memo decree of divorce is granted. The terms of the Joint compromise memo is form part and parcel of the order.
