For Petitioners in all W.P.s : Mr.D.Ashok kumar For Respondents 1 to 5 in all W.P.s : Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Writ petitions have been filed to direct the respondents not to initiate any police action labelling them unqualified as they are Registered Indian Medical Practitioners. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are Registered Indian Medical Practitioners in the field of Siddha. He would further submit that the petitioners are not dealing with Allopathy medicines, however, the respondents
calling upon the petitioners for enquiry and threatened that a case will be filed against them, as if, they have been practicing as Allopathy Doctors. Hence, he prayed to give suitable direction to the respondents.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioners. He would further submit that the allegation that the respondents have summoned the petitioners is false and hence, there is no basis for the apprehension of the petitioners and he prayed for dismissal of these petitions. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, these writ petitions are closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No Costs.
