ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 2830 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD). No. 889 of 2022 on 17.03.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to stay at Madurai and report before the Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai daily at 1030a.m., and he has duly complied the condition so far. Due to his 1/3

poor health condition, prays to relax the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and in this case, investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2830 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.889 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Cheranmahadevi Police Station once in a week, ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
