Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2021 for issuance of Patta and take appropriate steps to hold enquiry by giving opportunity to the petitioner and to sub divide the land and property in Survey No.45/1 in Sankarapandiyapuram, Samsigapuram Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, measuring 7 cents and issue the Patta to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is for the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
