This Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Cr.No.52 of 2018, dated 20.07.2018, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the respondent Police has closed the case as "Mistake of fact".

3.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and accordingly this Criminal Original stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
