Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent 1 and 2 to conclude the enquiry based on the proposal sent by the 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.No. 3408/20-21/E2, dated 25.5.2022 in connection with rectification of mistake that took place during UDR survey within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The writ petition had been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the first and second respondents/District Collector, Thanjavur and Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukottai Sub Division, Thanjavur District, to conclude the enquiry on the proposal given by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No. 3408/20-21/E2, dated 25.5.2022, relating to rectification of mistake, which according to the petitioner took place during UDR survey.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner had not appeared before this Court. 2/5

3.The learned counsel, who appears for the respondents 5 to 7 stated that they participated in the enquiry and on 08.02.2023 orders had been passed by the second respondent/ Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukottai Sub Division, Thanjavur District, in Na.ka.No.25378/2022/Vu(2). The copy of the order had been forwarded for reference of this court. 4.In view of the above facts, nothing survives for further adjudication. Therefore, this writ petition stands dismissed.
