ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditional order of this Court passed in C.M.P.(MD)No.11865 of 2025 in A.S.(MD)No.190 of 2023, dated 11.03.2026, directing the petitioner to deposit 50% of the decree amount, along with proportionate accrued interest and costs, to the credit of O.S.No.238 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Court, Karur, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has raised strong objections to this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to grant the petitioner one week's time from today to comply with the order of this Court dated 11.03.2026.

5. Accordingly, time is extended till 24.06.2026 for the petitioner to comply with the order of this Court dated 11.03.2026.

6. List the matter under the caption "For reporting compliance" on 25.06.2026. 16-06-2026 Note : Issue order copy on 16.06.2026.
