ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The detenu is present today. She is a major. She informed that she has married the third respondent on 04.09.2018. The third respondent is also present and he has also acknowledged the said factum.

2.We have put the same to the petitioner and his wife. They have stated before us that they will conduct marriage of the detenu after some time and till such time, she will continue her education. The detenu agreed the aforesaid arrangement and she agreed to go with the petitioner for the present.

3.Thus, recording the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
