ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that since her father died, while he was in service under the respondent Bank, she sought appointment on compassionate ground, by submitting a representation on 08.12.2017 and she was informed that her name would be considered at the earliest possible. However, so far no appointment is provided as sought by her, hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's case, directs the respondents, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of, on above terms. No costs.
