Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.S.VAIGUNTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10862 of 2022 on 27.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's native is Trhiuchendure. This Court directed the petitioner to stay at Trichy and report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy. Because of that, his livelihood is affected and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.Noting that the grievousness of offence, that condition was imposed. The petitioner is directed to comply the condition strictly. After complying the condition, he may filed a petition for relaxation.
