Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in pursuant to the order passed by the 1st respondent vide in Na.Ka.C1/13136/2013 dated 14.08.2014 and consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent vide in Na.Ka.115/2014/TNPL(LA)/Mondipatty, dated 12.10.2015 and quash the same as illegal and to direct the respondent to disburse the interim compensation and consequential benefits to the petitioner in respect of the petitioner's land.

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.C1/13136/2013, dated 14.08.2014 and consequential order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.115/2014/TNPL(LA)/Mondipatty, dated 12.10.2015 and quash the same as illegal and to direct the respondents to disburse the interim compensation and consequential benefits to the petitioner in respect of the petitioner's land.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that in view of the statement made by the the second respondent, in his

counter affidavit, that the interim compensation amount was deposited to the credit of Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli, on 22.07.2016, this writ petition may be closed, so as to enable the parties to agitate the matter before the Civil Court where the suit is pending.

3. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
