PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on enquiry.

O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint has been given by the third respondent stating that one Ponnusamy's son Muthu Rakku obtained power deed from Muthu Rakku ammalon 12.09.2006 without her knowledge. When the above said issue was brought to the notice of the complainant, she cancelled the above said power deed on 04.10.2006. Suppressing the above said cancellation of the power, the above said Muthu Rakku sold the property to some other person. Based upon the above said the present complaint has been given.

3.Let the above said complaint be enquired by the second respondent on its own merits and the petitioner shall appear before the second respondent herein and produce the documents which are available with him. Summons also be issued to the above said power of attorney holder namely Muthu Rakku, S/o Ponnu Samy. By way of enquiry the respondent police shall find out whether the petitioner purchased the 2/4

property knowing the cancellation of the power deed. Let the above said enquiry process be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
