The petitioner, with a grievance that his complaint dated 30.04.2025 has not been enquired by the respondent Police properly, has filed this writ petition.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.211 of 2025 has been enquired by the respondent Police and a case has also been registered in Crime No.159 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS 2023.
