ORDER

This writ petition has been filed against the order passed by the respondent, dated 20.05.2025 and consequently direct the respondent to accept the payment of demand amount of Rs.36,66,481/- in 12 equal monthly installments.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to deposit the demand amount in six equal monthly installments starting from 01.07.2025.

3. Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to pay the demand amount in six equal monthly installments starting from 01.07.2025. 2/4

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
