Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct a Peace Committee Meeting between the 7 Ambalams of 7 Karais in Vellaripatti Village for prevent the law and order problem during the tenure of Adi Car Festival conducted by Arulmigu Kallalgar Temple Administration and further directing the 2nd respondent to regularize the honour and ceremony given by his administration in the event of Adi Car Festival to the 7 Ambalams belongs to Vellaripatti Village and continued to the future in a peaceful manner.

The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct a Peace Committee Meeting between the 7 Ambalams of 7 Karais in Vellaripatti Village to prevent the law and order problem during the tenure of Adi Car Festival conducted by Arulmigu Kallalgar Temple Administration and further directing the 2nd respondent to regularize the honour and ceremony given by his administration in the event of Adi Car Festival to the 7 Ambalams belonging to Vellaripatti Village and be continued to the future in a peaceful manner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous and the petition may be dismissed.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
