ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.44 of 2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent police have already filed a final report on 09.09.2018, before the Mahila Court, Madurai.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police on coming to know about the filing of this petition, in a hurried manner had gone ahead and filed a final report which according to him amounts to abuse of process of court.

4.In view of the subsequent development, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law and raise all the grounds. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the above directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
