: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus direct the 3rd Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representations dated 20.04.2016 and 06.06.2016 to renew the registration of the Petitioner as a Contractor in the 3rd Respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.
