: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Work Order in No.Nil dated 12.12.2017 issued by the first respondent and to quash the same and consequently directing the first respondent to award Tender for supply of Food and Beverages during Cultural Festival 'Salangai Nadham - 2017" based on L1 rate quoted as per terms and conditions of Tender Application dated 21.08.2017.
